In-Home Care
Person-centered support in the comfort of home
Our Individualized and Family Support (IFS) program helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities thrive at home for as long as possible.
24-hour personalized care for those who choose to live in their own home
- Can include housekeeping, meals, personal hygiene
- Business and medical appointments, shopping, church
- Social outings and events
Daytime and evening Respite Care for those living with family or guardians
- Centered around the participant’s unique needs and lifestyle.
- Allows family members and caregivers to maintain their work and personal lives
- Trusted relief from the stress of caring for a loved one with special needs.
- From a few hours per week to multiple hours per day
Adult Day Habilitation
Promoting inclusion and socialization
Adult day care services are designed to foster relationships and sustain that vital sense of purpose and comradery. Our supervisor-to-participant ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3-4 and 1:5-8, depending on abilities. We enjoy:
- Dining out in small groups, shopping, bowling
- Visiting parks, museums and historical places
- Activity center located within WBR municipal complex
- Warming kitchen for lunches, ample entertainment, music and computer areas
- Greenhouse for gardening projects and commercial bakery kitchen
- Work spaces for arts and multi-media projects
- Public tennis, pickle ball and basketballs courts just steps away
Supported Employment
Working alongside others in the community
Our contract work crews include a Vocational Supervisor and 3-4 enthusiastic participants who earn minimum hourly wages and above. We partner with local businesses to fill entry-level positions with high turnover rates. We also
- Provide transportation to and from work
- Handle orientation, training and payroll
- Ideal worksites include restaurants and grocery/retail stores

Waiver Information
We provide hands-on guidance for the waiver system from application to maintaining benefits for life.
